1) You must live in NYC. Long Island and Upstate are *not* NYC. Neither is Canada or Bangladesh. Please... Pretty please... New York City Metro Area ONLY. **ALL of the Boroughs qualify as acceptable**

2) You must be available part-time. Yes, the hours are *very* flexible (10am-8pm, Monday thru Friday), but you must have time for us. How much time? Anywhere from 25-35 hours a week.

3) You MUST have writing experience. We prefer marketing copywriting experience. Even better would be if you have written exclusive content for websites.

4) You must be at least 21 years of age. Why? Well, we have a few clients in the adult industry. Not many, but you must be comfortable and of be of legal age.

5) You must know how to interview the people that you are writing for so you understand their business. Strong research and fact-checking skills are a must.

So... You fit all of these? You're a Mar-Com kinda writer that is savvy, dependable, open-minded, self-reliant and wants to grow with a small start-up organization that produces *great* website copy? GREAT! Send us an email. Include a resume and writing samples, please send them.

Our compensation is based on a percentage of revenue received for the copy we write but we also offer our partners an equity position. If you are looking for a traditional position that pays traditional wages, then this slot probably isn’t a good match. (In other words- don’t apply if you are looking for customary compensation.)
