Key Responsibilities
• Work with Director of Online Marketing to set overall SEO strategy
• Develop SEO data analysis and reporting, including keyword placement, page rank, etc
• Manage our third party SEO agencies (Your Amigo, Conductor)
• Research search behavior through keyword analysis and trending
• Manage content team, giving specific direction on keyword optimization
• Launch back-link strategies/tactics
• Collaborate with SEM manager to maximize overall search results
• Research search engine optimization trends and make adjustments to strategy as needed
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in ecommerce, marketing or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in search marketing
• Expert in SEO strategies/tactics
• Proven ability to generate top tier rankings on specific words
• Ability to work with multiple departments effectively
• Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web analytics and SEO tools
